I was born and raised with the skills and passion for hairstyling. Growing up with coarse hair and being tender-headed, beauty was a pain for me at an early age. And since then, I’ve tried my hardest to erase that idea. I’ve been relaxed. I’ve been natural. I’ve had colors. I’ve had extensions. I’ve even shaved my head completely a few times. It’s safe to say I’ve gone through my share of phases; and I have learned twice my share of lessons from each. The constant change lead to my interest in hair and encouraged me to want to reflect what I learn onto others. Humbly, I was born with the skills. But I have never stopped working to perfect my craft, which is why I decided to take the necessary steps to pursue my dream career as a hairstylist. Every day I am evolving, personally, and through my work.
The love I have for all things beauty is truly unexplainable. The feeling I get after beautifying myself, physically and mentally, is one of my favorites. I am consistently learning and understanding the connection between self-care and confidence. I am determined to reflect this new understanding onto as many women as possible through my work.
